We have a Total of 31 Pools! Fun.

Your Picks Are IN, and according to the collection of pools we have our favourite Villain is Boston Rob with 16 selections, and our knight in shinning armour for the Heroes will be James with 17, a very close second on the Heroes side is Stephanie with 16 selections. The only survivor contestant this year not drafted by anyone is Randy. Com'mon Randy is good people! Either you like him or you don't, and apparently we don't.

Please note, contrary to my comment that I'd email you if you lose a player, that's unlikely to happen. So Please check back here or the FB group for Pool Updates - and simply put, if you lose a player from your roster, you're on your own to replace them. You can make any changes to your pool, following the rules, by emailing your new selection, and any roster changes etc. to me, grcory@hotmail.com. Thanks

What To Expect?

For those that remember our Survivor Cook Islands Blog, you'll recall the flat out hilarity and enjoyment had be all those who followed our weekly blog recaps and insights. Well, 7 seasons later, Sara, Rob and I are back with a vengeance for Survivor 20! Survivor is bringing back 20 of the, biggest, baddest, and hottest (I'm in love with Parvati, Amanda & Candice in that order by the way) survivors of all time for Heroes vs Villains. We're running a pool this year as well you're welcome to play in, invite friends, family and other fans to play in, or simply follow along as we give our unique insight into this seasons events as they unfold.

Going to be a good season, come along for the ride.

THE POOL Survivor 20; Heroes vs Villains

Survivor 20: Heroes vs. Villains Pool Rules

The Survivor 20: Heroes vs. Villains Pool comprises two sections. Upon the completion of the show, the points from the first section, and the points from the second section will be added together to give us our final leader board. To Enter the pool it will cost $5.00. Multiple entries allowed. Please fill out your team name, and Section 1 and 2 in full. Email your completed entries to grcory@hotmail.com and confirm payment via paypal / email transfer or ask for address for snail mail. In person, or other options possible, but all entries must be paid ASAP or your entry will be cancelled. Should you have any questions also email for assistance.

Section 1; Outlast

Section one gives you a chance to root for specific players, and their well being in the game. Before the show starts you will select a roster of 6 cast members, with the basic principle you want them each to go far in the game. While there are no weekly participation elements to this section, there is a possibility to alter your seasons roster should (when) one of your selections get voted off. I will be sending out reminders to those playing should they lose a player to assist so it’s not too involving. Here are the rules:

Select any 6 Survivors, and anoint 1 your team “Leader”, the remaining 5 become your team’s “Original Alliance”.

Receive 1 point per episode each Alliance member remains on the show.
Receive 3 points per episode your Team Leader remains on the show.

You may make 2 team member replacement swap outs at any time throughout the season before the Finale (i.e. Swap the person on your team who’s just been voted out for someone who still remains in the game you wish to root for and think will go far – this person becomes a member of your “New Alliance”). If your team leader is voted off, you may promote one of your “original alliance” members to that vacant post if you so choose. If you do not have any swaps remaining, you are still permitted to promote a new leader from your remaining “original alliance” team should your leader get voted out, also assuming you still have an original alliance member remaining. Deadline for roster movement is Thursday 5pm EST.

* Each Alliance/Free Agent swap costs 3 points
* Each Promoting a new leader costs 5 points
* Sole Survivor Winner as a member of your New Alliance + 2 points
* Sole Survivor Winner as a member of your original Alliance + 5 points
* Sole Survivor Winner as your leader + 8 points

Section 2; Outwit

Section two is completed before the show starts and has no further participation. It is a series of 45 questions to which each correct answer receives a point. It will take the entire season for all answers to be completed.
